Lucia Auth

We are going to be removing Firebase as we mentioned in our last meeting, so we need a new authentication system (Lucia).

Implement auth with Lucia:

Checkpoint 1:

• [ ] Able to log in with UCI accounts

Checkpoint 2:

• [ ] Create middleware with these logged in accounts so that only people logged in can create posintgs
