Loading styling for API Manager #37

Expected Behavior

Create / Save / Delete buttons should be disabled while in progress to prevent inadvertently sending multiple requests. Also, add loading placeholders.

Current Behavior

Create / Save / Delete buttons can be pressed multiple times, leading to errors
