Changes

moved docs to apps/documentation
uninstalled eslint-plugin-simple-import
cleaned up tsconfigs
.prettierrc.cjs --> prettier.config.cjs (better compatibility with plugins, for some reason)
extracted lintstaged config to .lintstagedrc.yml
removed redundant .commitlintrc.json since this config is in the package.json already
