Add Support For Specific 190 Courses #226

This is a minor suggestion, but currently we see from PPAPI in PeterPortal that all 190 courses are treated as identical.

For example, there are several different MGMT 190 courses that are offered across different quarters. For the sake of clearer grade distributions / more detailed course descriptions, would it be feasible to look into having separate entries for each specific type of 190 course?
