Set up upload image type + limit image size #19

How to find the bug:

Click on “List an Item” → go to step 4: upload image → choose files
Here you will see that you can choose any file type and file size
Why is this:
In component/CreateModal, you can find see that we use the attribute type="file" to Input
We didn't specify any requirement for the file :((
