Feat: Update Modal #29

Description

Create a modal/pop-up that will default to open when someone enters the site.

Must include:

updates on the modal (can just use lorem for now)
- figure out a format to write these updates since we will be using this every time we add something new
when the modal is open make everything else around it a little darker
