Feat: Dropzone component #37

Description

Create a Dropzone component with the useDropzone hook from react-dropzone to upload files to the frontend
Create a function that takes a file uploaded via a Dropzone component
- Refer to this dropzone component from CTC
Replace the file input in the CreateModal step 4 with a dropzone component
