Introduce standard calibration types #350

This PR streamlines the definition of the standard calibration types for generic robot (e.g., R1, iCub, ergoCub), which were formerly specific for iCub 2.x and R1 only.

We may have other broken links spread around. We will fix them as problems start showing up.
