Add yarp_telemetry in the loop #20

This PR add the telemetryDeviceDumper in the stickbot robotinterface XML.

It dumps encoders, velocities, acceleration and torques and saves it in a folder called telemetry_data.

We added also a MATLAB script for plotting the data gathered, in this script is possible to select which joints you want to plot, e.g:

hold_box_matlab_plot
