Add neck, head simulations material and scripts for robust controllers tuning #10

This PR adds the following matlab projects:

  1. model-full to simulate the full fledged neck in Simscape with icub 2 head
  2. model-simplified in which a simplified Simscape neck is used for robust tuning of the PID controllers
