Add the possibility to modify center of mass position #32

Hi, currently we can modify the geometry that inertial property of links with link urdf-modifiers tool, but we don't know if is possible to modify the link's position of Center of Mass origin?

Hi @LorenzoFiori, sorry for the late response Unfortunately, I lost a little bit of the thread of the development, @CarlottaSartore maybe know if this option is available?

If it is not we cannot address it right now since we are committed to other tasks with high priority, but if you want to add this option a PR is more than welcome!
