Added Outlet Valve to Simscape Model #32

This PR introduces the following additions to the Simscape model:

Proper modeling of the CFB Camozzi Outlet Valve w/ $K_V=0.6$.
The inlet valve offers the tuning of the spring preload offset.
The controller is provided in a separate model.

On Simscape at least, it turned out that $K_V=0.6$ makes the outlet valve permeable enough to drag the whole expiratory flow.

The next step would be for me to implement a controller capable of delivering a given reference pressure profile. I've started off with a flow controller for the sake of simplicity.
