Define what are the specifications of the definitive version of the gui #48

This issue will be the container of the informations about what the definitive version of the gui will do, e.g. which data will show, and which buttons, knobs will interact with it.

Here what emerged from the meeting of today (partecipants @maggia80 @marcoaccame @Nicogene @vtikha) :

The buttons in the bottom of the screen has to be: MENU, CPAP, VCV, PRCV.
Eventually if we have not enought space, only MENU is enough.
Add in the bottom 4 text entries, each one displaying the respective value of the knob.
Welcome page(optional, if we have time)
Change the logic in order to expect new data coming from firmware, not from internal structures.
