Develop GUI menu dialogs #56

Task description

This issue keeps track of the development of the menu functionalities for the ventilator GUI.

Definition of Done

The menu functionalities are fully implemented.

With @Nicogene we created a very simple dialog that gets presented in the last row of the GUI upon clicking on the settings button. Once we define all the functionalities we can implement all the menus in a straightforward manor (size of dialog, number of entries etc..)

Instead of using the touch screen, we need to anchor the menu dialogs to the use of the multi-selector encoder. The tags and the ranges of the dialog options can be retrieved by inspecting the FSM.
