Do comparative analyses of experimental data #60

Following up #59, it'd be great if we could analyze experimental data in order to validate our modeling approach.

By using MATLAB scripts available from within the log directory, we managed to analyze the acquisitions with very good results:
VCV Mode
PRVC Mode
