Flow-by not working on the device #68

From the visual inspection of the GUI during preliminary tests, I didn't see flow-by (see #61) working as expected on the physical ventilator, although in the simulator it was spot on.

Further debugging is thus required.

Actually, from a deep inspection of the quantities logged directly from the device, it came out that the flow-by is perfectly working 👍
