Update README.md with test_controller description #21

I renamed the report inside the test_controller package to README.md: in this way, it will appear when someone navigates to this folder without selecting the file.

Moreover, I added to the root README.md a section to describe how to run this test and I fixed something regarding the use of the YARP_ROBOT_NAME variable.

report.md can be deleted.
