pull 4sq - users details #19

script to pull users from ids is available. Users will be fetched by @gavra0, @icyc0re and me.

The script takes the file containing users ids as input (see README). Use the file holding your username in api/crawler/users_to_pull to pull the data. Then we merge everything to /data/team14/dataset/users.
