Filters for hiding time-only restricted fishes? #118

Time-only restricted condition can be not-so-big deal than weather condition. Instead of wating just 70 minutes (ET 24h), wating few days for weathers is relatively uncommon and can be in high priority.

One option can be:

I think those options might be best implemented as check boxes as well. I can see wanting to just include certain types of availability. I dunno, for now, I'd keep it simple with just "Hide Up Once a Day" maybe?
