Add a special "preparation window" timer for fish with intuition or mooch requirements proceeding their own window #129

Warden of the Seven Hues and The Ruby Dragon are two that come to mind immediately as fish whose windows don't necessarily overlap with those of their intuition requirements. Warden is a very special case (see #128), but Ruby Dragon and Ku'er present an interesting problem.

Consider a user have The Ruby Dragon pinned. It's window is from 4-8, but catching it requiring mooching Ku'er which is up starting at 00:00. While the tracker does not consider bite or catch rates, the limited timespan of Ruby Dragon's window typically means you want to start catching Ku'er as soon as possible. However, unless the user also has Ku'er pinned (since they likely marked it as caught), their only indication of Ruby's window is just how long until 04:00.

What if there was an extra "preparation countdown" that could be optionally displayed so that fish like Ruby Dragon could be display alone, but still give the user better notice that the time to start preparing to catch it is approaching.

This issue may be related to #111
