"Research" Fish Train

When new patches come out, new big are added and research usually needs to determine when certain weather patterns will come up before data is added to the tracker. Even afterwards, it would be an interesting way to plan out times to look for particular fish.

This feature should include:

• Time intervals based on Eorzean Time
• Filtering by individual fish
• Filtering by weather patterns (to be combined with Eorzean time intervals)

Weather patterns are likely most important and should be displayed on the timeline selection table for each 8 bell window. This would enhance selection.

Most likely, this would need to be a separate system from fish trains; however, it might be possible to utilize the same APIs if the scheduled entries are treated as manual intervals instead of catchable ranges. Perhaps a toggle for research mode might be enough to reuse the existing page?

it could be useful to have a tool that's a glorified version of TC's upcoming transitions window what TC has: Select a zone, tool lists all upcoming transitions, each transition also indicates rarity of the transition what extra could be beneficial: how many times that condition has occurred since start of list, being able to filter that list

similarly for train maker it could be beneficial to search by condition rather than fish, since we by definition don't have the conditions for the fish. just be able to provide a list of conditions of interest for each zone

In the timeline, each 8-bell selectable period should display the weather icon, and include the rarity of the weather pattern (stand-alone and transition). Finally, allow the user to color these cells based on relative rarity for that period using stand-alone or transition rarity.)
