Korean Language Support #18

Check out https://github.com/Ra-Workspace/ffxiv-datamining-ko for Korean client DAT files. User on Discuss requested this, offered to provide UI translation as well.

Making good progress on this actually. I've managed to build a test module that plugs into the pysaintcoinach library. It overwrites the _create_localised_sheet function to enable building a sheet using the git repo for Korean dats. It needs some more testing, but I'm pretty sure this is doable now :)

Okay, it's added. Unfortunately, there were some data items missing in the repo. The base data is formed using my own client, so that text is used instead. This will likely happen a lot, so don't expect Korean text updates to be super immediate.
