Jaws and Listra conditions update #85

Jaws, Listra and Serpent should be almost good now, a tiny bit additional testing needed on both of them (to check some not-so-practical scenarios)

Updated with the known&speculated info on all the legendaries, feels like we'd get more testing by narrowing it down to something at least...
