If older Crystal versions down to 0.32.1 are supposed to be supported that you even run CI for them, maybe the crystal property in shard.yml should also reflect that.
However, I'd suggest to cut down on CI versions for not wasting time. Probably the latest and earliest should be fine. If it breaks for any version in between, that's unlikely an issue with the shard.
