Hi,

I currently don't know how to get in touch with you :-(
I am the author of a Sprite Atlas creation tool which is used in the cocos2d 
iphone for creating altases - combining several single PNG files into one big 
Texture + data file.
I would be interesting in adding an export format for cocos2d-android.

plist files are quite mac specific. I am open to every other format - including 
java source, xml, binary what ever fits your needs.

I am also interested in integrating TexturePacker into the ANT build so sprite 
sheets are automatically updated within the build process.
