starting up bwhf and latency issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening up bwhf agent than having hosting problems
2. loading up bwhf agent and not executing it from it allows to host, but
cant prt scrn to scan 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.20. xp

What happens if you close BWHF Agent. Can you host then?

Btw my guess is that you probably don't start BWHF Agent with admin priviligue 
(as 
administrator) and therefore it lacks some permission to host games.

Either try to start the Agent as administrator, or start the Agent, and start 
Starcraft 
by launching the Starcraft.exe (and not from the Agent with the "Start 
Starcraft" 
button).

If the problem still exists, simply start Starcraft with Starcraft.exe, or 
start the 
Agent after you logged on to battle.net.
