Hi the project is not under any License. The code was for a personal research project and it doesn't really work and has lots of errors. PDDL and Planner state definition related code was modified from https://github.com/garydoranjr/pyddl and RL related code was referenced from https://github.com/wikibook/pytorch-drl/tree/master/program . I recommend you study from the repositories above for more detail.
