dashboard widget: how to add table widget to display quarterly data for 2008 and 2009 ? #2

how to add table widget to display quarterly data for 2008 and 2009 ?

the data i want to display is http://ida2.krimnet.com/report/actual/quarter/10376/detail?y1=2008&y2=2009&val=actual&ver=actual&dec=0&level=2

perhaps, what we can do to simplify is for user to just copy and paste the report link, then a script will read the parameters to produce the table widget ?

maybe we can use this style also for the chart and map ? this is much simpler for the user.

table report, mapping and table widget are using same back end and input format.

other idea: perhaps a publish as widget option in report. similar to link in you tube.

hmmm... option that will generate code and people can paste at any web page or even blog ? sounds good. but include a tracker for that, so that admin can monitor where these data are being published.

publish I mean within the application dashboards, for offsite embed, I guess that going to wait encrypted links coming up.

hhmm... ok if it is a button that will provide the code to paste in the widget. not ok if it is a button that it will automatically create widgets - nanti tersilap lah, terlampau banyak lah,... etc letih nak clean up.
