data entry : problem undefined index #21

data entry problem with undefined index http://ida2.krimnet.com/dataentry/year/10371

what is the problem ? and how do we avoid this ?

this problem clearly because entity/geography path selection incomplete.

so how to fix this ? i have already checked all the geographies are ok. this dataset does not use entity.

ok found a way to fix this. just type the url http://ida2.krimnet.com/admin/dimension/geography/element/11 then fill in the information and click save but who deleted this geography element ? the geography manager does not have a delete button.
