report : download excel format not working #4

the report option to download in excel format is not working http://ida2.krimnet.com/report/actual/year/10376/detail&format=excel&format=excel

Month Data Detail - ok Quarter Data Detail - ok Yearly Data Detail - not ok, link format not correct. Forecast Data Detail - ok Estimate Data Detail - ok Yearly Data Summary - not ok. still using web query Cumulative Data Detail - not ok. link format not correct.

also to adjust the header alignment
