kppk-kcomm2 : data entry : type total not correct when there is a negative category #60

in the data entry, the total for the type is not correctly calculated when under the type, there is a negative value category. example : Type Net Export = Category Export - Category Import Refer to http://10.23.140.43/kcomm/dataentry/year/684?y1=1990&y2=2010&val=actual&geo=925&ver=actual&dec=3

ok resolved. need to educate users on concept like dr / cr. hence when a category is a negative (example imports) then the child items also need to be negative. to resolve this problem, change the child items to negative value.
