widget : icon does not appear if visitor does not login #68

if a web visitor visits the web app and does not login, the icon for the widgets are not displayed. after loggin in only then the icon is displayed. need to have the icon displayed even for a visitor who does not login.

This one in intentional. Only person that have permission to edit/remove widget need to identify widget type.
