Implement weekday as date presets and new custom date formatter #405

Resolves #382

Added a new date format preset called "Weekday" Use luxon as date formatting library. Now you can use all formatting tokens which are available in luxon (https://moment.github.io/luxon/#/formatting?id=table-of-tokens)
