Update to prettier 3, attempt to fix #171 #198

Updating those package seems to fix the issue #171.

I think we should first resolve this breaking issue, updating other packages can be done in an other PR.

Thank you @DucNg for your efforts. Just updating the prettier-eslint did not work. It gave an error as I described in this comment. I do have a beta version of the extension working. Download and install the extension here: vs-code-prettier-eslint-6.0.0-beta.vsix.zip
