Defect Description

Describe the defect

What did you expect to see happen?

I wrote an sweep input to see the influence of different reference prices on the NPV.

What did you see instead?

See attached snapshot of the error: the reference price is not sampled

Do you have a suggested fix for the development team?

Describe how to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Write an sweep input with fixed value for capacities and sweep values for at least one 'reference_price' node in a cashflow
