STIG QOL updates

The following updates would be helpful in STIG:

• [ ] Observed Data should use the labels field for the title of each object
• [ ] User Account should use user_id for the title of each object (if that field does not exist, it should use account_login or display_name)
• [ ] Deleting an object should delete it's uuid from any object that has it in its object_refs field
• [ ] The ability to add embedded relationships by dragging an arrow from one eligible object to another is desirable.
