What are the significant changes in functionality due to this change request?

Amortization cashflows, if created, will carry a mult_target parameter that matches the original cash flow's mult_target. That way, if True, the depreciation cashflows will also be included in the multiplication terms within NPV Search.

For Change Control Board: Change Request Review

The following review must be completed by an authorized member of the Change Control Board.
