Clean up verification case 1b #101

closes #87

Fixes issues with verification case 1b -

  1. Input file now matches documentation and produces right outputs.
  2. Only outputs vector PostProcessor at t=25 s, so that we don't clutter the folder with output csv files.
  3. Python script fixed to use updated matplotlib syntax and now uses simulation result files instead of gold files for verification testing.
