Change TMAP8 website URL for verification and validation cases #117

Reason

Currently the verification and validation cases for TMAP8 are listed under tmap8/verification/ver-list.html. This is incorrect as the URL implies only verification cases should be present here.

Design

Change the URL to tmap8/verification_and_validation/index.html

Impact

Improve clarity of website documentation.
