Initial engineering scale input file based on dcs-5 machine

Initial simplified input file for the EFAS tutorial development:

• Uses constant, temperature independent material properties for all materials
• Assumes fully dense copper from the state of the simulation
• Prescribes a current function from a DCS-5 run using iron powder

Input file is only syntax-checked, following precedent for our longer-running examples
