Makefile modification to include fluid-structure interaction #354

Reason

To use fluid-structure interaction (FSI) capabilities from MOOSE modules, the MASTODON make file needs to be updated.

Design

FSI will be added to the Makefile FSI will be added to the documentation

Impact

This will have no impact on existing objects.
