Create AuxKernel to combine stress/pressure results for FSI #366

Reason

An Auxkernel is required to combine the pressures and stresses in an FSI simulation. This enables better visualization in ParaView.

Design

A new AuxKernel will be implemented.

Impact

No impact on existing objects.
