Update name of PorousMediaBase in concrete test #371

Bug Description

The PorousMediaBase class in BlackBear has been renamed to ConcreteThermalMoisture. This change has made the MASTODON concrete_ASR_swelling test fail.

CIVET testing is currently failing because of this
