Reason

Every time we give the workshop we find issues or ways to improve. These suggesting came from an attendee at the last workshop:

Side 8.3 gives an example of a polynomial fit. Three points are identified that you would like to fit a polynomial through. I think it would be useful on this slide to include a plot of the three points.
Side 8.4 shows the plot of the polynomial fit. I think it would be useful to show the three points that were being fitted on the polynomial fit curve.
On slide 10.13, below equation (14) it would be more clear to include the equation $\bar{v}=M \delta \bar{u}_{i+1}$. This is implied in equation (15), but not made explicit.

Incorporate the suggested changes into the slides.
