Stateful Materials segfault on XDA restart with adaptive meshes #2034

Stateful Materials do not work with XDA restart+adaptivity...

Does anyone care? maybe not...

We are unlikely to work on this. Checkpoint works for this case.

I have just stumbled across this old issue @permcody. I suspect that #13990 will have also fixed this. Is it just a matter of setting binary = false in the checkpoint block and then trying to restart?
