Allow HomogenizationHeatConduction.C to take other material properties than thermal conductivity #3722

Currently the diffusion coefficient in HomogenizationHeatConduction.C in the solid mechanics module is hard coded as the thermal conductivity. Should be set as the default but it should be modifiable.

HeatConduction.C is the same way. If you change HomogenizationHeatConduction, you should probably change HeatConduction as well.
