Use this ticket for general clean-up and documentation at least until things are made public.

TODO:

[ ] Rename class to remove Ibex, Pika, etc. and create a Pika namespace. All objects should be registered with Pika prefix.
[ ] IbexSnowMaterial the thermal conductivity should use a default variable.
[ ] Add MooseDocs, uploaded to github.io
