[TASK] Update pyWavelets Python package

Issue Description

Describe the solution you'd like A newer version of the PyWavelets python package (1.2 versus the currently pinned 1.1) contains new methods for conducting multiresolution analysis. These will be needed in future RAVEN developments and currently needed for a RAVEN demo.
