Support several Markdown files in order #36

So, if it is a big thing that I am writing, I'd name my files like this:

Currently, my gist is reordered :(

Should be fixed in 497eadbc897a28d4f53a8007cd213dd04280245f, however I don't know if the ordering is preserved—it renders according to the order of the files returned by the API.
