Support for private gists #51

This fixes issue #17.

I modified the routes (and made a custom converter) to allow for hashes, and modified the cache rules around a bit (improvements welcome).

Also, this is my first pull request! Hope it's going to be useful!

I'll be adding support for private gists, however architectural changes will render the current PR moot. Closing this, but keep an eye on #17 for progress.
